Birthday cake

Un dernier petit plaisir perso ... my perfect wish list !!!

Quoi "j'abuse" !!!! Bande de blasés !

Gâteau au chocolat fondant de Trish

200 g de chocolat noir
200 g de beurre
5 oeuf

In a perfect world lists wouldn't be "wish"!

Last month it was my birthday and for my pleasure, I celebrated it at home, for the very first time.
Three guests, the lovely tablecloth offered by my godmother, champagne and ....... THE birthday cake. I have for use to ask my guests-"men" which is their favorite dessert (yes for the women I don't care!!!), but there, two men and no idea!
Thus I opted for a safe value: Nathalie's tender chocolate cake by Trish Deseine. Great idea which inspire to one of my guest:" that's bloody good" .......... take it as a cry from the heart!

Tender chocolate cake by Trish

200 g of dark chocolate
200 g of butter
5 eggs
1 soupspoon of flour
250 g of sugar

Preheat the oven 180°C. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a "bain-marie", add the sugar and let il cool. Incorporate eggs one by one with a wooden spoon, end by the flour.
22 min in the oven, the middle is suppose to shake.
Put it in a plate at the exit of the oven then wait for the next day _ it's an order!
So the summit is going to be transformed into crunchy coat while the heart will cook in the heat of the cake: tender as possible.
